A MESSAGE FROM THE UNIVERSITY REGISTRAR
Welcome to the University Registrar’s website. The University Registry (UR) is one of the key Units supporting the University’s mission by providing a variety of professional services to our stakeholders and the community at large.
The Registrar is the Chief Administrative Officer of the University reporting to the President and responsible for overseeing the day to day administrative affairs of the University. The functions include oversight of Admissions; Human Resources; Student Affairs; Examinations and Records; Campus Operations; Orientations and Graduations.
The Office of the University Registrar at GTUC is dedicated primarily to rendering service to faculty and students through scheduling, registration, record keeping, examinations and reporting as well as assisting the Deans and other Administrative Offices in their day to day services.
We offer a wide range of support and services to prospective students, students, graduates, staff members and the public. To accomplish this, we work closely with faculty, staff, and students. We are committed to continuous development and improvement of our professional services.

The Office of the Registrar is located in the main administrative building at the Executive Wing of the President’s Secretariat. Working Days are Monday to Friday from 8am – 5pm.
